Our Leadership

Adam Satterwhite, MBA - Founder and CEO

Adam Satterwhite is an experienced recruiter with a diverse background in athletic, human health, and veterinary recruiting. His love for the veterinary industry and his passion for helping others build fulfilling careers led him to start Golden Recruiting. Adam holds a Bachelor’s and master’s degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Illinois.


Adam has over 10 years of recruiting experience with a dedicated background in veterinarian recruiting.


Located in Frisco, TX, Adam lives with his wife Lucy, son Noah, and their Golden Retrievers, Harper and Hank. With his passion, years of experience, and extensive industry knowledge, Adam is excited to help veterinarians find their dream jobs and assist clinics in meeting their DVM needs.


Education: 

  • Master's of Business Administration - University of Illinois 
  • Master's of Sport Management - Northern Illinois University 
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics  - Northern Illinois University
